A client in Pontefract requested our planning services to create designs for a rear first floor extension and a bay window. The addition of a bay window to the front would provide additional floor space for their living room.
The primary objective of the first-floor extension is to expand their family bathroom.
We have submitted a planning application to the Wakefield council, and we are awaiting a decision.
