Our client for this project came to us to help and advice on what options they could do to extend to the rear and also extend up into the loft. Following a site visit we advised our client to turn the hip to a gable and have a rear dormer which doesn’t require planning permission and that we would apply for a lawful development certificate.
For the single storey extension our client wanted to extend 4m to the rear to create a nice snug with complete access to a rear patio. This is to be done under a prior approval application.
Both applications have been submitted to Doncaster council and we are now awaiting both decisions.
