Enhanced Building Plans are experts in architectural design and planning. We recently assisted a customer who needed to resolve a complaint regarding their boundary wall and detached garage. As a result of building without planning permission, the client needed to gain retrospective planning approval to keep the development.

Our team worked closely with the customer to develop the appropriate plans and specifications required for the retrospective planning application. We then submitted the application to Doncaster council and are currently liaising with them to ensure that the necessary steps are taken to obtain the approval.
