Plans Submitted for a Large Wrap-Around Extension in Pontefract
Plans were completed and submitted to the local authorities in Pontefract for assessment.
Our client wanted to extend their home to create a more spacious and functional living environment, and we designed a large wrap-around extension to meet their needs.
The proposed plans include an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a practical utility room, a modern shower room, and an additional bedroom—enhancing both comfort and usability.
We are now awaiting planning approval and look forward to progressing this project.
