We would highly recommend Scott & his team without a doubt.When we purchased our property we asked Scott to come and assess for an extension and a garage build. He took us all through the planning applications and quoted us on the actual works doing as well. The price was extremely fair and the thought of it all being done in hand from start to finish was a massive bonus not having to deal with lots of different tradesmen and organise the timings etc.When work began (on time!) it was such a smooth process and took around 3 months to complete which is amazing. We absolutely love our new bedroom and en-suite, (and my other half is super happy with his garage 🤣) The work is to a high standard, each and every tradesman who Scott organised was punctual, friendly and tidy. Scott was also on call no matter the time or day so any questions were swiftly responded to.Thanks again very much!

Excellent service from Scott. Initially we had problems getting the planning permission needed to extend our home and make it wheelchair accessible, he stuck with us throughout and got the permission needed. During the planning stage we asked if it would be possible for him to oversee the build for us as we were feeling overwhelmed and that was probably the best decision we ever made. The entire project ran seamlessly Scott kept us updated throughout and arranged all of the tradesmen needed, all of which were very professional and friendly and communicated with each other so that the project ran to the timescale. Scott and Josh managed to fetch humour everyday and called in regularly to ensure we were happy with what was happening, and he was always at the other end of the phone to answer questions, he even helped us to get a landscaper to add the final finish. We are all so grateful and absolutely over the moon with what has been achieved. The build was completed in late August early September and we have had no issues and love our new home. I would highly recommend Scott and his team to anyone considering taking on a project, he really adds a personal touch. Thank you again for all you have done for us

Scott recently drew plans for our extension, from the start he was very approachable and gave some great advice. During the drawing phase he kept us updated regularly, he isn’t like your typical architect who only deal on emails 9-5, he provides a more personalised service which sets him above the rest. During the application process we had some comments from jealous neighbours, Scott was quick to put our minds at ease and dismissed these comments.We had to make a few changes to the plans, requested by the council, again Scott was quick to do this and the application then sailed through. We can now start our extension whenever we want!I would highly recommend Scott/Enhanced Building Plans, I’ve already passed his contact information on to a friend who is wanting to extend their home, and will recommend him to anyone else in the future.

We can't thank Scot enough for his hard work and would recommend him everytime. He answered all the questions we asked him. He drew up the plans for our loft extension to go through planning. And guided us right until planning was granted. He provided us with computer images so we could see exactly how the bedrooms in my loft and space would look like and the size they would be. If we needed any advice or he had to make any adjustments he was there on the other end of the phone to talk it through with us to make sure we got what we wanted. He kept us updated of any information he received from the council. Scot has been professional from the start, his customer service is absolutely amazing, both myself and my wife highly recommend him. We were so pleased with his work we recommended him to our neighbour who now is using him too.Thankyou Scott we appreciate everything you have done for us.

Cannot recommend Scott enough!He did the plans for an extension on our home in a conservation area, which required a lot more attention to detail and also extra reports which didn’t phase Scott at all.Scott came and had an initial meeting with us, we told him what we wanted as a rough guide and he went from there and gave us exactly what we wanted, we had the computer image design done so we could see exactly what it would look like and it was exactly what we imagined.Scott has been professional from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, moving swapping changing.. would highly recommend to anyone.

We approached Scott initially on a neighbours recommendation, as we wanted to apply for planning permission for a single story extension to the side and rear. We explained roughly what we wanted, which also involved taking down and moving nearly every internal wall to make the living spaces larger. He listened to what we said, went away and came back to us with the detailed drawings plus 360 plans so we could actually visualise what it would look like. From start to finish he was always just at the other end of the phone. He dealt with everything, from the initial design, to dealing with the local council and any issues they had. Which thanks to Scott, took all the pressure and stress away from us. We would highly recommend Scott at Enhanced Building Plans and now thanks to Scott… We have full planning permission accepted. Definitely recommend Scott! He’s been extremely helpful and knowledgable throughout the whole process. He came round promptly for a site visit and sent us the plans shortly afterwards. He’s very friendly, approachable and helped us to understand more about the process. He also put us in contact with someone to do the structural calculations. Could not recommended Scott enough! He really knows his stuff and was incredibly helpful with answering my numerous questions. Following the site visit her was very prompt in submitting the planning permission application and responding to any council queries. We now have planning permission for a detached garage, thanks to Scott. His prices are cheaper than all the companies I got prices from and the service I have received has been spot on. Following permission being granted he has also put us in contact with a builder he recommends, so we can start building. Thank you again, would really recommend.

100% recommend, Scott has been a breath of fresh air in aiding us with our extension. We met and communicated all our thoughts, plans and concerns. He took everything on board, with attention to our details and came back with a well executed plan of what we required.Communication has been excellent, answering all our questions promptly and with plenty of details to ease any concerns we held.Scott helped us to plan, measure and put everything together in handy packages for the builders, kitchen company and submitted plans to the planning permission officials.Everything was done in rapid time and from start to end, Scott kept in contact, even if just to check in to see how we were doing.During a stressful time in our lives, Scott provided a stability of reliability and support and we’ve never appreciated it more.We were so happy when we received planning permission and the work could begin, we didn’t have to worry about any of the paperwork or talking to the relevant people. Scott took care of everything, we were very excited to share our news of permission granted with him.The extension we’ve had done was, the kitchen extended (ground floor) and the hallway. This gave us a new bigger kitchen space, and a larger hallway too.In the hallway we were able to add a laundry room, a broom closet and a cloakroom area. We really wanted a pantry, Scott helped us design a space that meant we could have this, we love our new areas and the benefits have been wonderful, especially for storage and functionality.Scott gave us a variety of beam options and measurements, this helped us plan with the builders on maximising our space.Thank you Scott, you really have been amazing. We decided to extend our commercial business premises and had been recommended Enhanced Building Plans from a friend, Scott was very patient with us as we changed our mind not once not twice but three times! Every time Scott would return to us with an even better plan to make the best use of the space we had available to build on, cannot recommend him enough he really has been fantastic, we had a few push backs during the planning application but he took ownership of the issues and worked with us to overcome any issues or oversights we hadn’t already anticipated. We approached Scott last year to discuss plans to extend (not knowing where to start) he explained everything, gave advice which we had not thought of as and also advice on next steps and how not to waste money! After a lot of back of forth (from me being indecisive) and alot of patience from Scott ???? we now have our plans approved and are ready to chose a builder.. we are still in contact with Scott who still offers advice on builders etc and also the status of the extension. 100% recommend if your looking for friendly, honest advice to start your plans!!
